Junaid Maqsood is a Human Resources Manager for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). In this role, Junaid is responsible for the effective design, configuration, integration, and execution of HR operations. Junaid participates in and oversee technical and operational support/advice for the technology and systems deployed by HR to support the business delivery.
Junaid has more than 5 years of experience managing day-to-day Human Resources functions. During his time working for an IT Government Contracting organization, he was responsible for the following functional areas: Performance Management, Onboarding, New Hire Orientation, Recruiting, HRIS, ATS, Benefits and Compensation, HR Policy and Compliance, HR retention matrix reporting, company metrics, and the automation of HR processes.
Junaid received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, from Western Governors University.
