ICBA’s internship program provides hands-on work experience for college students. Interns will be assigned a mentor to be their guide throughout the duration of the program and will be given real life work assignments.
The program is approximately 9 weeks long and starts in early June, ending in early August. Interns participate in team and department meetings, meet with Senior leaders on a weekly basis, and get the opportunity to collaborate with other interns from different departments by participating in community volunteer opportunities as well as company social activities.
At the end of the internship – interns will work together to provide a final presentation of the projects they completed as well as their overall experience to ICBA staff.
Manager, Political Programs
I feel so fortunate to work at ICBA. I am challenged but given the support and tools to succeed. There is a positive work environment that promotes work-life balance and community engagement.
So many perks- baseball games, employee outings, a gorgeous office, coffee bar, Summer Fridays and paid volunteer time but, more importantly the community bankers, colleagues and the mission.
Helpdesk and System Administrator, Information Technology
At ICBA the culture is very inclusive and I feel that the people around me actually listen to the ideas that I recommend. I may not always have the best ideas but I at least feel like I am being heard.
And also my team is very supportive which makes “work” not really feel like “work” we are always having a good time even through stressful times.
Vice President, Marketing/Creative Director
ICBA is buzzing with energy and innovative thinkers and every day is different. Everyone on the team is kind, growth-oriented and passionate about what they do.
ICBA is a fantastic place for professionals — especially driven self-starters — to spread their wings and push forward creative ideas.
Events Coordinator, Meetings & Convention
The work environment and the staff are the top two things I love about working at ICBA. We can bounce ideas off each other and we truly are a team.
The flexibility working at ICBA is amazing, especially if you have young children or like me aging parents. I’m very fortunate to be part of the ICBA family.
