Lenoir has more than 20 years of leadership and management experience within the financial services industry in the municipal government, corporate and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining ICBA CRA Solutions, Lenoir served as trustee for the Shelby County Government for eight years.
Lenoir is also a member of the RISE Foundation board, a nonprofit that seeks to improve the community by providing financial literacy tools and incentives to help families build assets and make sound financial choices.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Alabama.
