Johanna Tesfay is a Human Resources Manager for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). In this role, she is responsible for Human Resources operations, specializing in the benefits program, polices, and procedures for ICBA and subsidiary employees. Additionally, Johanna manages ICBA’s employee reward and recognition program, DEI initiatives, and employee wellness seminars and solutions.
Johanna joined ICBA’s HR Department in 2016. Prior to ICBA, Johanna worked for the American Diabetes Association, were she supported the benefits department and aided employees’ regarding benefit plans and elections.
Johanna has a Master of Business Administration and a master’s degree in human resources from University of Maryland University College.
