Jana Jurukovska is vice president of marketing and creative director for the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). She leads and manages ICBA’s marketing team in delivering and developing ICBA’s marketing strategies, initiatives, and campaigns across multiple channels including video, social, print and digital. Jurukovska also helps develop digital strategy, change management, and product development strategy for new ICBA initiatives.
Before joining ICBA in 2016, Jurukovska worked as a digital strategy consultant and operations executive for a digital agency and technology company, Diamax Information Systems. While working for Diamax, she provided support for clients with enterprise business process analysis, information architecture, and website user experience strategy among a host of other duties.
Jurukovska is a graduate of The George Washington University School of Business, where she received a BBA in business marketing and was a recipient of the Presidential Scholar in the Arts scholarship.
