Jack A. Hartings is chairman of the Consolidated Holdings Board and Services Network Board and is a past chairman of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), the only national organization that exclusively represents community banks.
He is chairman of The Peoples Bank Co. in Coldwater, Ohio. Hartings has served ICBA and the community banking industry for many years. He serves on the ICBA Executive Committee, board of directors and Federal Delegate Board. Hartings is also a member of ICBA’s Policy Development, Nominating and ThinkTECH Selection committees and is Executive Committee liaison to the Consumer Financial Services Subcommittee. Hartings also sits on the board of TCM Bank and is chairman of the ICBA Consolidated Holdings, Services Network and Reinsurance boards.
Hartings was ICBA chairman in 2015-16 and ICBA treasurer from 2010-12. He has testified on community banking issues before the U.S. Senate Banking Committee, U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee and Ohio Senate Ways and Means Committee.
Hartings is an active member of his community and has served as president of the Coldwater Chamber of Commerce, president of the Coldwater Kiwanis Club, trustee and president of the Community Improvement Corp. of Mercer County, and treasurer of the Coldwater Sesquicentennial Committee and Community Picnic Association. In 2020 Hartings was named Coldwater Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year.
