ICBA LIVE 2025 Showcase Celebrates Community Banking Innovation

Nashville, Tenn. (March 12, 2025) — The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) hosted its ThinkTECH Accelerator showcase during ICBA’s national convention, ICBA LIVE. This year’s event, held in Nashville, Tenn., brought together community bankers, industry leaders, and fintech visionaries to exchange ideas, explore trends, and experience the cutting-edge financial technology solutions reshaping and defining the banking landscape.

"ICBA’s ThinkTECH Accelerator is a powerful example of how we harness the collective knowledge of our community to drive meaningful innovation in community banking,” ICBA President and CEO Rebeca Romero Rainey said. “By bringing together fintechs and community bankers, we are turning ideas into real, actionable solutions that empower community banks to thrive in a rapidly evolving financial landscape."

The event highlighted fintech solutions representing a wide range of offerings, including vendor management, check fraud prevention, integration, digital banking for families, conversational AI, and commercial lending, supporting the continuous advancement of innovation in community banking.

Presenting companies included:

  • Coverbase Inc. – Automating third-party risk assessments to streamline compliance.

  • Fin3 Technologies Inc. – Enhancing fraud prevention through check fraud reduction solutions.

The All-Heart Award, celebrating an individual’s demonstrated passion, empathy, and commitment to making a positive impact on those around them, including community banks, was presented to infintegration founder and CEO Kent Milholland.

“Community banks are committed to innovation that helps support the needs of the communities they serve today and tomorrow,” ICBA Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer Charles Potts said. “Our latest ThinkTECH Accelerator cohort exemplifies this commitment to innovation, demonstrating our continued focus on cultivating solutions that strengthen community banking.”
