FDIC board to discuss budget, AML, bank capital

The FDIC announced that its board of directors is scheduled to meet at 10 a.m. (Eastern time) Tuesday, Dec. 17.

Agenda: The FDIC said the board will discuss:

  • The proposed 2025 FDIC operating budget.

  • Policy regarding the Annunzio-Wylie Anti-Money Laundering Act.

  • Policy on bank capital distributions in unusual and exigent circumstances.
