Washington, D.C. (June 28, 2024) — ICBA Services Network, the business-services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), today announced the election of Shon Myers, chairman, president and CEO of Farmers & Merchants Bank in Miamisburg, Ohio, as chairman of the board of directors. Robert Fisher, chairman and president of Tioga State Bank in Spencer, N.Y.; Sarah Getzlaff, CEO of Security First Bank of North Dakota in Bismarck, N.D.; and Chris Moya, president and CEO of the Independent Community Bankers Association of New Mexico, were also elected to its board of directors.

Myers has been an outspoken advocate for community banking throughout his career. He serves on the ICBA Executive Committee, board of directors, and Federal Delegate Board. He also serves on ICBA’s Policy Development Committee and is past chairman of ICBA’s Political Action Committee. Active on the local level, Myers serves on several nonprofit boards in his community and is past chairman of the Community Bankers Association of Ohio.
Fisher, a fifth-generation community banker, also serves on ICBA's Executive Committee, board of directors, and is a past ICBA chairman. In addition, he serves on the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York board of directors and is a current member and past chairman of the Independent Bankers Association of New York State.
A third-generation community banker, Getzlaff serves in many roles at ICBA. She is chairman of the ICBA Bank Operations Committee and serves on the ICBA Payments and ICBA Reinsurance boards of directors. Active at both the state and community levels, Getzlaff serves on the board of the Independent Community Banks of North Dakota as well as on the Bismarck State College Foundation Board of Trustees.
Moya is a long-time champion of community banking. In addition to his role as an advocate for community banks in New Mexico, he also is active at the national level and serves on ICBA’s Bank Education Committee.
