(Jan. 7, 2022) — ICBA Bancard, the payments subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) announced management promotions for Rebecca Kruse who was named executive vice president and chief operating officer and Dina Mickens who was promoted to vice president and manager of operations and fraud.

A former community banker with more than 15 years of experience in the payment industry, serving in a variety of operations roles, Kruse joined ICBA Bancard in 2019 as executive vice president of operations. She has expertise in community bank card products, risk and fraud, data security, and operations.
Mickens has been with ICBA Bancard for more than 21 years and most recently served as vice president of ICBA Bancard’s risk department, which helps community banks mitigate card-related fraud losses to protect their bottom lines.
