Renewal season is coming soon! Standard Plan, Custom Plan, and Bank Compliance Bundle subscribers will be receiving their renewal invoice for the 2025 subscription year next month. Paper invoices will be mailed to the bank the week of Oct. 14. Payment is due by Dec. 31 to continue access to the Online Course Learning Management System in 2025. When you receive your invoice, if you have questions, please contact Lori Braegelmann.
New Treasury Management and Payments courses are being developed and will be launched by year end.
We are currently updating high use/required regulatory courses and will be adding some more options for 2025 enrollments.
Did you know that ICBA has several resources available for you to manage your bank’s online training and the Learning Management System (LMS)? Often, when speaking with LMS Administrators, we mention a document, and they say, “Oh I didn’t know this was available.” Here are a few of our most helpful resources that you may not know about.
Online Course Listing – This document is a quick list of all the online courses available in the learning management system. You can browse this document versus searching within the LMS. Find the list on the ICBA website. Be sure to check back monthly as it is ever-changing.
Detailed Course Catalog: This document provides all online courses available and includes a description of the course, the learning objectives, and the course outline. Find this detailed document within the Administration tab in the LMS or on the ICBA website.
Administrator Guide – This document provides instructions on all parts of managing your employees, enrolling in courses, and pulling reports. Within the document, you can click on a specific topic in the Table of Contents, and it will jump directly to that page. Find this document within the Administration tab in the LMS.
Administrator Video – If you learn better by watching versus reading, we have an Administration Video available. This video covers the same things that are in the Administrator Guide. A link to the video can be provided upon request. Simply email Lori Braegelmann asking for the LMS Administrator Video.
Mandatory and Recommended Course Listing – For those of you who are LMS Administrators and do not have an in-depth knowledge of the banking industry or what type of training a specific job function should be taking, this document provides a bit of direction. It states which regulations require annual training and recommended courses in each major job function within the bank. This document can be found within the Administration tab in the LMS.
