On June 26, we launched five new Community Reinvestment Act courses. These new courses cover the new Community Reinvestment Act Modernization Final Rules published in October 2024 that have an effective date of January 1, 2026. LMS Admins, please talk to your bank’s CRA Officer to determine which employees need to learn the new rules and the timing of when to take the courses in order to prepare for the changes coming. There is an Overview course, a Ratings course, and a course for the type of exam your bank is subject to (Small, Intermediate, Large). These new courses do not cover the current rules in place. If you have a banker who needs to learn what the current rules are, enroll them in the course “Regulation BB: Community Reinvestment Act.” This course will be available until December 31, 2025.

Community Reinvestment Act – Ratings
Community Reinvestment Act – Small Banks
Community Reinvestment Act – Intermediate Banks
Community Reinvestment Act – Large Banks
Compliance Bundle Subscribers: The Community Reinvestment Act – Overview course will not be added to your bundle of courses until January 2026. Call Lori Braegelmann at (320) 352-7380 if you are interested in upgrading to the Standard Plan in which you can receive access to all 435+ courses available in our course catalog.
Premium Plan Subscribers: You will need to add these new courses to the catalog of your choice. If you need assistance, please reach out to Vubiz Support through the Learning Management System.

Did you know that we changed our subscription year for the Standard Plan, Custom Plan, and Bank Compliance Bundle from October through September to January through December? Typically, the June Online Course Newsletter reminds you that renewal invoices will be coming in July. However, that is not the case this year. Renewal invoices will be sent in October this year.
