Big things are happening in the Community Banker University online training world and for you as a subscriber! Please read through this newsletter carefully and contact Community Banker University with any questions.
As mentioned last month, we are re-organizing our course catalogs. There will also be a new look to the Course Catalog screen. Rather than the courses being listed in rows, they will now be tiles that you can click on to access the courses contained within the catalog.

We developed a better online tool for administrators and users to find help when they are unsure of how to use the Learning Management System or are having a technical issue. Beginning Oct. 1, the Community Banker University Knowledge Base can be found
inside the Technical Assistance tab and clicking on the link to the CBU Online Learning Help, https://cbu.onlinelearninghelp.com/Main.
In the CBU Knowledge Base you can search for assistance in roster management, enrollments, reporting, browser assistance, and other technical help. If you need further assistance, contact a Community Banker University team member at 800-422-7285.
Custom Plan Subscriber LMS Administrators should have received an email on Sept. 8 and Sept. 29 pertaining to a new LMS feature that allows administrators and users to record training that occurs outside of ICBA's online courses. If you did not receive this email, please contact Mandy Snyder.
Here’s a summary of the new feature:
You no longer need a separate reporting system for tracking in-house or third-party training. Now, every employee in your bank will be able to track all their training in your Custom Plan LMS. As the LMS administrator you can also log training on behalf of others, should you choose. Reports can then be pulled for individual training records or for the entire bank.
If your bank does not currently subscribe to the Custom Plan and would like to upgrade your subscription to take advantage of this great new feature, please contact Lori Braegelmann.
Standard Plan, Custom Plan, and Bank Compliance Bundle subscriptions end on Sept. 30, 2022. Invoices have been sent. You have several options for paying your renewal invoice.
Click the link in the email to log into your icba.org account and pay the invoice with a credit card.
Click the link to print the invoice and send to your accounts payable department to submit.
Forward the email you receive directly to your accounts payable department, and they can either print the invoice or log into their icba.org account and pay with a credit card.
Call a Community Banker University Team Member at 800-422-7285 and pay over the phone with a credit card.
We are very thankful for your subscription and continued dedication to ICBA and Community Banker University. If you have any questions, please contact us at 800-422-7285.
Reminder: If you are not renewing your subscription you will need to pull your enrollment reports by the end of the day, Sept. 30, 2022 as you will not have access to the system after this date.
