Introduction

Meet Lori Braegelmann, Online Training Specialist with ICBA’s Community Banker University! Lori will be taking over for Cathy Von Wahlde, who retires on May 2.

Lori may be a familiar face as she has been with ICBA for 21 years. A former member of the ICBA Information Technology team, Lori has worked extensively with the core software that our online training platforms run on and has extensive knowledge of the Online Training Center as a whole.

  • A new course “E-Sign Act” was added to the course catalog on April 26.

What’s Coming

  • We are in the process of creating new courses related to the Bank Protection Act and the Bank Bribery Act.

Did You Know?

Did you know that you can move an employee from one bank branch location to another without deleting their profile/account and creating a new one? If you have an employee that moves from one branch to another you can simply edit their profile/account in Roster Management. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your ICBA.org account

  2. Click on “My Account” in the upper right corner.

  3. Scroll down to the “Organizations You Manage” box and either click on “Manage All Rosters” in the upper right or click on “Manage Roster” next to the specific branch.

  4. Scroll or Filter to find the employee you need to move and click the “Edit” button to the left of their name.

  5. Using the right/left scroll bar in the Organization Roster box, scroll to the right to the Organization column. In the dropdown choose the new branch location the employee should be listed under.

  6. Click “Save” on the left to complete the edit.
