Introduction 

It’s already the last quarter of the year and the clock is ticking to ensure your employees have completed their annual federal regulation training. Federal regulations that require annual training are: 

  • The Bank Secrecy Act (BSA): Find BSA course options for each job function in your bank. 
  • The Bank Protection Act: Our full catalog of courses provides over a dozen courses on physical bank security 
  • Customer Information Security: We have course options on Regulation P, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and other Information Security course within the full course catalog 
  • Regulation CC: Our full course catalog offers an overview and an in-depth course on Regulation CC. Not all employees are required to receive Regulation CC training, only those affected by the requirements. 
  • FCRA Identity Theft Red Flags: An updated course is provided in the course catalog 

You may be thinking, “Examiners ask me for proof of fair lending and the SAFE Act training every year, yet I don’t see that on the list above as required training”. Technically these two topics are not required by the actual regulation, however examiners want to see them as part of your bank’s training program. Our full course catalog offers a couple of options for fair lending as well as two brand new SAFE Act Training courses.

Did You Know? 

Did you know that internet browsers are updated by the creators on a regular basis causing issues for all internet-based programs? Due to the constant changes to browser settings and security, it is important that everyone check their Technical Assistance tab within the Online Training Center prior to launching a course. 

Be sure you have green checkmarks next to each item on the list.
