- Preventing Harassment & Illegal Discrimination in New York
Notable course changes:
- The course “Fair Lending (FHA, CRA, Reg B, HMDA)” has changed its name to “Fair Lending Laws”.
- We will be replacing the two of the Preventing Harassment & Illegal Discrimination courses (Employee & Supervisor – Federal) Flash versions with a new HTML version. This will alleviate the issues for banks that do not have Flash Player on their computers.
- All Microsoft 2007 courses have been retired from the Online Training Catalog.
Retiring courses:
Several courses from the current catalog will be retired as we offer similar or duplicate courses. Learners currently enrolled in retiring courses can still complete them. They will remain in their Current Enrollments Tab. The content within the courses is not incorrect however, they will not be maintained in the future and may become incorrect at some point if the regulation or law changes. LMS Administrators can choose to unenroll employees in the retiring courses and enroll them in the existing or new course.

Two things to note regarding “retired” courses:
- Be sure you remove the retired courses from your assigned training groups and replace them with the new courses. You will not want employees to receive the retired courses. Existing employees already enrolled in the retired courses, may continue with those courses. The course name will say “retired” in the front.
- You will still be able to see and select these courses available in your course selection drop down, but they should be marked as “retired”. Be sure to not choose those courses when assigning courses to your employees.
Additional Updates Affecting Cloud Delivery Subscription Plans
- You will receive an email next week with the link to the new courses for you to upload into your Learning Management System.
- Retired courses will automatically be removed from the ability to enroll on Oct. 1.
