The course “Understanding UDAAP” was updated on Sept. 15 with additional information on the definition of “Abusive” based on the CFPB Guidance published in April 2023. The course was also updated with new examples of enforcement actions related to UDAAP.
The course “Payments 101: Checks and Credit Cards” has been changed to “Payments 101: Checks and Cards”. The content within the course was also updated with fresh content on Sept. 15.
The course “Payments 101: ACH & Wires” was updated with fresh content on Sept. 15.
No work on the part of the LMS Admin is required for these course updates. The courses are automatically updated in the course catalog and for those who are enrolled in the course but have not yet completed it.
