Joint Letter to CDFI Fund on the Revised CDFI Certification Application

ICBA, the Community Development Bankers Association, and the American Bankers Association sent a comment letter to the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund on the revised CDFI certification application. The associations shared several recommendations, including instituting a cure of hold harmless period, redefining target markets, and clarifying the primary mission.
