Juan Costantini

Juan Costantini joins ICBA today as Executive Vice President, General Counsel for ICBA Payments. In this role he will serve as the chief legal advisor for ICBA Payments and its subsidiary, TCM Bank. He will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and manage legal risks across both entities.

Juan will play a key role in driving the legal strategy that supports the growth and innovation of ICBA Payments and TCM Bank. Working closely with the senior leadership teams, Juan will ensure that both organizations operate within a robust legal framework that aligns with their respective business objectives.

Juan began his career at a private law firm in Argentina, rising to partner before transitioning to public service as the Legal Affairs and Political Relations Attaché for the Embassy of Panama in South Africa. After relocating to the United States, Juan held roles with the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Department of Justice, and Kivel & Howard LLP before becoming General Counsel for Vesta Corporation. Most recently, he served as Chief Legal Officer for MVB Financial Corp (NASDAQ: MVBF), where he led the legal department, advised the Board and Leadership, and directed all legal functions.
