EVP, Client Engagement and Business Development
Alicia Marrone is executive vice president of client engagement and business development for ICBA Payments, the payment services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA).
Marrone has more than 20 years of financial services experience with a focus in payment cards, core banking and banking-as-a-service. Before joining ICBA Bancard in 2023, she served in various roles at American Express and Fiserv, most recently as vice president of product marketing where she led Fiserv’s go-to-market strategy for its Bank Solutions group.
Marrone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Rutgers Business School and a Master of Arts degree in strategic communications from Rowan University, where she served as an adjunct professor in the Ric Edelman College of Communication and Creative Arts.
