Jack E. Hopkins is chairman-elect of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), the only national organization that exclusively represents community banks.
He also serves as president and CEO of CorTrust Bank in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Hopkins serves in many leadership roles at ICBA. He is a member of the ICBA Executive Committee and board of directors and is chairman of the Federal Delegate Board. He is a member of ICBA’s Policy Development and Nominating committees and is Executive Committee liaison for the Minority Bank Advisory Council and the Large Community Bank Council.
Hopkins served as president and chairman for the Independent Community Bankers of South Dakota from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, he is chair of the University of South Dakota Foundation’s Audit Committee.
Hopkins has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Dakota.
