Frank Perez

Frank Perez is Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Relations Officer of Ponce Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:PDLB), the parent company of Ponce Bank (the “Bank”) and the Bank. The Bank is headquartered in Bronx, NY and is a Minority Depository Institution and a Community Development Financial Institution.

Mr. Perez has held various leadership positions in banking spanning over two decades. He joined Ponce Bank in January 2017 as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer a position he held until June 2022. In his role as Investment Relations Officer, Mr. Perez is responsible for developing, communicating, and cultivating relationships with shareholders, institutional investors, and analysts. +

Mr. Perez also spearheads the Bank’s Environmental, Social, & Governance and Corporate Partnership initiatives. Mr. Perez’s mission-oriented motivation is largely derived from him being born and raised in the Bronx and from serving in the United Sates Army from 1986-1996.

Mr. Perez received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN in 1999 and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He has four daughters: Mara Perez, age 25; Mila Perez, age 20; Ava Dooley, age 16; and Hailee Tresler, age 24. He is affianced to Ashley Robeck.
