With a financial services career spanning more than 20 years, Ellen has worked in a variety of payments roles including retail, operations, training (external and internal), and product. Today, her focus and area of expertise is commercial payments.
She provides thought leadership on FIS commercial payment products and industry trends to FIS clients, internal partners, and payment industry associates. When working with internal partners she advocates for FIS commercial clients on anything from service to new product ideas
Ellen is passionate about her work and is an active member of several professional associations including the Professional Association for the Commercial Card and Payment Industry (NAPCP). To stay current on the latest trends and innovations, she annually attends NAPCP’s annual conference in addition to conferences offered by CPI and the National Center of the Middle Market. She has worked at FIS for more than 16 years.
