Edith Peña joins ICBA as Senior Training and Development Specialist. In her new role, Edith will support the community banking industry by creating and developing training content and facilitating educational programs for community bank membership.
Edith has over 15 years of banking experience in retail, banking operations, support, training and treasury management for community, regional and national banks. Most recently, she worked with Sunflower Bank in Sugar Land Texas, where she held roles in Treasury Management and Training and Communications. Edith says she discovered her passion for training while working at a community bank and is excited to join ICBA’s Education team.
Edith graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
