Dennis Hild is currently Crowe's Regulatory Affairs Managing Director based in Washington DC and has nearly 30 years of experience working with financial institutions and regulatory policy. In his current role, Dennis serves as the firm's direct liaison to federal financial service regulators and legislators and closely monitors updates to regulatory guidance, evaluates the impact on financial institutions and serves as a technical advisor on Crowe's financial services engagements.
Prior to joining Crowe, Dennis spent nearly fifteen years with the Federal Reserve serving as a Commissioned Bank Examiner and Supervisory Policy Analyst where he developed an advanced knowledge of regulatory policy, regulatory capital structure, bank governance and internal audit practices. Mr. Hild also has experience as a national banking trade association executive and chief risk officer at an early stage fintech.
Dennis received his Bachelor's of Business Administration from Temple University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
