In her role as Director of Payments Education, Angelica creates and delivers relevant presentations and materials; organizes and delivers training classes; workshops; webinars and other training services, that enable members to improve their skills and knowledge.
She has more than 15 years of experience in Operations in the financial services industry, enabling her to provide our members with the education and insight to help them make important business decisions. As electronic payments continue their rapid growth, Angelica will help you navigate this space. Her credentials include an Associate Degree in Applied Science, as well as the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), National Check Professional (NCP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified BSA/AML Professional (CBAP), and Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CBCO) certifications. Angelica became a certified NCP trainer in 2021.
In her spare time, Angelica enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and seeing as much as she can by motorcycle.
