ICBA LIVE Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Registered ICBA LIVE guests can attend all ICBA LIVE events — except for events that require an additional purchased ticket or those designated by invitation only. Registered guests can attend all education sessions, general sessions, expo activities, and evening celebrations (ticket required for the ICBPAC Auction).

Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations limit auction participation to dues-paying ICBA members, associate members, and their immediate family members in the same household. See full ICBPAC eligibility requirements.

Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business by non-exhibiting companies during the event or in other public spaces, including another company's booth, a convention center, or a hotel lobby.β€―

It is ICBA event management’s objective to do everything legally possible to protect its exhibitors and community banker attendees from suitcasing.

While all meeting attendees are invited to the expo, ICBA will ask any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibit Policies to leave.

This is for both approved exhibitors, non-exhibit personnel, and any companies who are registered to attend ICBA LIVE. Outright solicitation of our attendees’ business outside of an exhibit booth is not condoned. ICBA may apply additional penalties.

If you have any questions or concerns about the policy, speak to ICBA staff at the registration desk.

Auction participation is limited by Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations to dues-paying ICBA members, associate members and their immediate family members in the same household. See full ICBA PAC eligibility requirements.
