Cancellation Policy
Email [email protected] to cancel or change your reservation.
Cancel by Feb. 23, 2024, to receive a full refund.
Cancel between Feb. 24 and March 1 to receive a 50 percent refund.
No refunds after March 1.
Instead of canceling, you can transfer the registration to another person at the same bank or company.
If ICBA cancels the event, you receive a full refund.
ICBA is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing any travel and hotel expenses.
ICBA reserves the right to process refunds after the event concludes. You must request to ICBA in writing exceptions to this refund and cancellation policy by April 1.

Suitcasing Policy
Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business by non-exhibiting companies during the event or in other public spaces, including another company's booth, a convention center, or a hotel lobby. 
It is ICBA event management’s objective to do everything legally possible to protect its exhibitors and community banker attendees from suitcasing.
ICBA Does Not Sell Member Emails
ICBA urges community bankers not to respond to any solicitation from organizations trying to sell email lists associated with any ICBA events. ICBA does not sell or provide access to email lists for its events.
