Bailey Yeager is vice president of product marketing for ICBA Payments. She builds strategy marketing campaigns to bring to market new payments products for community bankers. Previously, she was assistant vice president of marketing strategy and execution for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) supporting the ICBA Innovation pillar of the organization and its for-profit subsidiaries.
Yeager actively leads marketing campaigns and crafts engaging messaging in collaboration with the business development and sales teams of ICBA Payments. She utilizes marketing measurement tools to provide reliable analytics, further refining the business’ efforts to define products through market analysis and segmentation. Her hands-on role is responsible for the creative development and project management of campaigns that align with the ICBA Payments’ priority to provide community banks with superior payments solutions and service.
Before joining ICBA, Yeager served as the director of member advocacy at SHRM, where she led grassroots advocacy developed and executed strategic planning in engaging members in advocacy.
Yeager has a BA in English from Roanoke College and a MPS in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University.
