Alex Brown, CPA, is a Signing Director at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With more than 12 years of experience, Alex has a strong background in auditing financial institutions and closely held companies, specializing in assurance engagements for financial institutions.
Alex is responsible for the supervision of staff on audits and reviews for financial institutions and also leads quarterly and annual audit engagements for SEC registrants, reviews and tests 10-Ks and 10-Qs, performs SOX and FDICIA engagement testing, and assists with FDICIA implementation and compliance.
