Charles J. Pierce Sloan is vice president of innovation programs for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA).
He leads ICBA’s award-winning ThinkTECH Accelerator program, driving strategy and execution while strengthening relationships with financial technology companies committed to serving community banks. His work supports ICBA’s efforts to ensure community banks have access to innovative solutions that support growth, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
Prior to joining ICBA, Sloan assisted in leading development and execution of Arvest Bank’s internal software roadmap and product strategy. He also served as senior program manager for Accelerator Programs at The Venture Center, where he oversaw operational activities for both the FIS Fintech Accelerator and ICBA’s Accelerator, helping to foster collaborative partnerships through the development of targeted solutions for community banks.
Sloan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
