A Midwest-based e-newsletter that covers bank industry-related events featured a story about one of ICBA’s 2017 National Community Bank Service Award winners. ICBA Senior Vice President of Media and Public Relations Aleis Stokes commented on ChoiceOne’s endeavors, which include expanding mainstream financial services to an underserved population through hosting financial education sessions in Spanish. “Their efforts to learn more about members of their community and serve them better highlight their commitment to their customers, local small businesses and neighbors,” Stokes said.
