Last month, we asked you to complete a short survey to help us better understand how your bank develops and implements staff training. We also wanted a clearer picture of the course structure that best helps you achieve your training goals.
Overwhelmingly, you told us that you are enrolling employees in multiple, shorter courses that focus on a narrow, but specific outcome versus single, longer overview courses. This tracks with current educational studies which have shown that shorter bite-sized courses can make it easier to keep learners engaged and more likely to retain the information that is presented.
If you have not completed the survey yet, it is not too late! Your feedback is extremely valuable and will be used to help us improve your online training experience. Thank you in advance!
