Hackers have determined that attacking the bank directly is not the best approach. Attacking customers is easier and in many ways more profitable. In this session we will discuss trends in hacking activity at bank customers. We will paint a picture of the landscape with respect to security at bank customers as well as the challenges banks face in educating those customers.
