ICBPAC Auction tickets will go on sale January 1, 2023. Dues-paying ICBA members, associate members and their immediate family who are registered for ICBA LIVE are eligible to participate in the ICBPAC Auction.

You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent residence in the U.S. in order to contribute. Tickets and auction items can ONLY be purchased with personal funds.

Ticket purchases and purchases made the night of the auction will count toward your individual 2023 ICBPAC contribution total and are subject to FEC limitations.

Auction participation is limited by Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations to dues-paying ICBA members, associate members and their immediate family members in the same household.

ICBPAC contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. ICBPAC funds are used to make political contributions to federal campaigns of candidates and elected officials being educated about our industry and that support community banks.

Federal law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. All contributions to ICBPAC are voluntary. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. ICBPAC contributors must be US Citizens/green card holders.

Sponsorships or gifts do not count towards your 2023 ICBPAC contribution total. You must be a dues-paying ICBA Member to support and attend the ICBPAC Auction.
