Perception is Everything Training CD

To a customer, customer service representatives are the first and most visible representatives of a bank. This program examines everyday situations using scenarios to address topics including:

  • The importance of common courtesy
  • Addressing difficult questions and upset customers
  • Answering routine questions
  • How to offer assistance to people with disabilities

The program is available on CD and is designed to be played on a computer as a video presentation for a group or individual viewing. The unique format allows for individual segments and scenarios to be viewed as a refresher – without having to view the entire program. Testing and a manual are included.
