Where should I stay....the Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Tower?

They Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Resort offers guest rooms in both their Wynn and Encore towers. It is a personal preference as to which tower is right for you, only you can decide. The Encore has a smaller version of the Wynn offerings, however, the guest rooms are a little larger but are further away from the Wynn meeting space. All the meeting space is located on the main level and connected by hallways. See below where the major events will take place. Smaller meetings and state receptions will be held throughout both Wynn and Encore. You may find it helpful to call the hotel directly to ask specific questions regarding the hotel offerings and their proximity to each guest tower. View the Wynn and Encore overview map.

Who can I bring as my guest for the spouse/guest price?

A guest is a spouse, significant other, or friend who is not in a financial occupation. A co-worker or an associate in the financial services industry may not be considered a guest. Only registered guests will be allowed access to all convention activities, including Techworld.

What is included in the registration fee for Spouse?

The spouse registration fee entitles the spouse/guest to everything that the main registrant is entitled to. Workshops, exhibit hall, general sessions and evening functions.

Can I attend any of the workshops?

Yes, ICBA offers many workshops on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is a Individual Growth & Professional Development track which is especially designed for the spouse/guest although you are free to attend any of the workshops scheduled.

What meals are included?

Meals included in your convention registration fee are:
  Monday:
   Snacks in Techworld
   Techworld Reception with open bar
   Theme Party Buffet dinner and open bar
  Tuesday: lunch in the exhibit hall
  Thursday: evening final banquet

Are the tours included in the registration fee?

The tours are not included in the price of the registration. Tours are available only to registered attendees at an additional cost. Tour descriptions and Registration link will be added to our website in November. Please watch for them.

Can I participate in the Habitat for Humanity Build?

Yes you can participate in the Habitat for Humanity Build, just sign up on the registration form or call the ICBA Convention department at 800-422-7285. Space is limited.

What’s the Theme Party?

The Theme Party includes various food stations (meal equivalent), open bar and entertainment. Visit our website regularly for updates regarding the Theme Party. Dress is casual.

Is the final banquet included in my registration fee?

The final evening banquet and entertainment is included in the price of your registration.

What is the dress for the Final Banquet?

The dress is dinner attire.

Can I purchase extra tickets for the banquet & show?

A limited number of banquet tickets are available for purchase on-site at the registration desk.

What’s included in the registration fee for kids?

The registration fee entitles children to all events that the spouse is entitled to. They also are invited to a “Kids Fun Zone” on Monday evening while their parents are at the Techworld Reception. The Kids Fun Zone is only held if enough kids pre-register, as we must meet our minimum number of participants. After the Fun Zone kids are able to go to the theme party and all the other functions. They also will receive a gift and a t-shirt.

What is there to do at the hotel?

There are outdoor swimming pools and Jacuzzi spas, golf, two fitness centers, salon, spa, restaurants and shopping. Visit their website http://www.wynnlasvegas.com/
