Regulatory Restructuring
The regulatory restructuring resource page was created to help our community bank members stay up to date as the Obama administration and Congress take on the daunting task of restructuring our financial regulatory system. While many of these proposals are warranted and supported by ICBA, such as addressing systemic risk and closing the ILC loophole, ICBA will continue to call on Congress and the administration to support new reforms that help, not hinder, our community banks and their primary mission of serving their communities.
