This session will explore the two processes, (1) Human Capital Review and (2) Employee Improvement Communications Review, community bank presidents and executives can perform to develop manager quality. During the Human Capital Review portion participants will learn how to identify the key behavior strengths and motivation factors of a manager. The Employee Improvement Communications Review will examine proper communication techniques and discuss the consequences of inadequate communications among bank staff.
