What online threats can our customers expect in 2013?
With the integration of mobile data networks, mobile applications and ever improving mobile computing (smartphones) options customers are performing "banking" at any time of the day or any place while they may also be updating their Facebook account, texting with several friends, ordering a pickup order at the local deli and checking email. This leads to a casual attitude towards using and trusting the technology over time and attackers are looking to take advantage of this attitude to the customer's detriment. This audio conference will address the most common online threats from the past year and examine the top ten threats to bank customers in 2013.
